Just a Calculation

I have been keeping my expenditure on 1/6 dolls and BJD(yeah…that’s what an inactive licensed CPA will do at home) :

For Sale in the future:
four more 1/6 dolls for sale on ebay.
Juri head

BJD Expenditure: $1716.38 on buying SUNNY, SUNSHINE, and THUNDER and their stuffs
OOAK Spending : $ 1285.29 earned !! ^_^

If the 4 dolls can be sold at $75 each, and Juri head $100, that will leave about $100-$200 on BJD expenditure and that’s very good.

and I am getting a Juri head for sale later on. Hopefully I can sell the head for $100 to reduce my expenditure on BJD.

His name will be THUNDER cause I like this name a lot. I have a 1/6 male doll called THUNDER also. And I have made a 1/6 male doll (sold) also name Black Thunder. Just a good name for me.

Got some clothers and wig and two expensive boots for Sunny and Thunder ($35 each!! more expensive than my own shoes!!) Never had spent that much on dolls!!

I guess that’s it. I am very happy now.

CONTROL CONTROL CONTROL

I think I have lost my life to dolls.

I love painting dolls. And I started selling dolls on and off 1.5 years ago. But now, I am thinking about painting dolls, buying outfits for dolls, selling dolls, naming dolls, pricing dolls, mailing dolls, packing dolls, leaving feedbacks on ebay, painting more dolls, selling more dolls, naming more dolls, pricing more dolls, packing more dolls, leaving more feedbacks, emailing confirmations,…….and it’s taking WAY WAY too much now. It’s out of control now.

I have not been enjoying my life much beside dolls. I am not enjoying time with family, with my two girls, with parents, with husband, with friends, and with fellow brothers and sisters in Church.

I think in 2006, I HAVE TO GET MY LIFE BACK. I will limit or stop selling dolls. I will limit my time on computer looking at dolls. I will limit my time on painting, selling,naming, pricing, packing, mailing dolls. NO MORE. NO MORE.

HAVE TO START GETTING MY LIFE BACK.

This is my 2006 new year resolution.

The other one is , of course, … lose 20 pounds.

use the Needle and Thread method again!!!!

Have been rooting a takara jenny ’s friend Judy’s head lately using the needle and thread method. Oh Boy!! My fingers hurt so much and it’s more difficult than the individual know method!! THe only good things are: it waste less hair and it’s not as messy inside the doll’s head. But BOY!! MY FINGERS HURT!

No…not this method anymore. I prefer Individual know method over this.

I finally purchased a hair rooting tool for tension method again, since I lost the previous one. But I doubt if I would be using it a lot.

Two Last Dolls in 2005

Finished them actually last week. I always start my auctions on Tuesday nights and end the auctions on Sunday nights. Don’t have much expectation for them. Hope they each would be sold for $75 and up and I will be quite content.

One buyer said she did not receive my doll………….. so I was very anxious all day. Called the post office and they started a search service. Hope it’s alright. Luckily, I added delivery confirmation. But what if the post office still could not find the package???? When it’s lost, it’s lost and that’s nothing I nor the buyer can do about it.

So I will have 10 more dolls to work on while waiting for the 10 bodies to re-stock. Got 4 black and red heads, 4 violet and black heads, and two brown hair heads. No planned outfits for them yet. Will see.

I am still waiting for Parabox’s package, which have 5-6 dolls who already have outfits waiting for them. Two white bodies with white skin heads. Three brown hair heads who will be wearing Barbie fashion fever outfits and one black hair girl who will be wearing Barbie red asian PJ!

Let me count: 6 coming this week; 10 in HLJ; 10 bodies for the new color hair heads …. that’s enough for next 6 months, at least!

IMPULSIVE

Well….. I just ordered an Unoa Lusis with large breast plate!!! Impulsive buying?

Guess I would not be buying a mini fee Chiwoo for a while…… A preorder of Unoa just opened yesterday and I definitely think it’s a very good investment to order an Unoa. Maybe I will be bonding with this very popular girl. Everybody says Unoa is very beautiful and it’s very hard to buy one except ordering them during the preorder period. I can have a chance to do the faceup for her myself since Lusis will come unassembled and without faceup next March. Now I just need to restraint myself from buying anything (except Sunny’s leather pant and leather boots) until Lusis come. Her name will be SUNSHINE, which is the name I always have in mind for a girl. (The old Sunshine is a Dream of Doll Leya, but I cannot bond with her. She was adopted to another loving family in October).

Now,…… just need to keep painting dolls and selling them on ebay and hopefully I can gain at least $20 for each and slowly add up my saving for Sunny’s pants and shoes and some more outfits for Sunshine.

MINI FEE CHIWOO NOW? I am planning on getting one next year….but Luts is giving out a free head as gifts if ordered (>$470) in before Dec 25!!!Very Very Tempting!!!

But my Sunny (yubin) is just sitting on the dresser everyday, still waiting for his leather pant and leather boots, and I am really not good at photostorying and taking photos of him….so he is just sitting there doing nothing……. and should I get another one to sit on the dresser??

But I really love Sunny and really want a Chiwoo…… but….but….would it be a waste of $$$ to get another without playing with him?????? Arrrrrr…….

No More Dolls to work on …

for a few days. Waiting for the package to arrive. Maybe I can paint the two blank Volks A heads who have been sitting there for a while ( one is black hair head wearing a QiPao while the other is hairless tan A head who will be Inuyasha! ). Also one head to paint for a friend, one head to paint and to root for the same friend,…. and one more head (an Obitsu 03 head) for whoever wants her. Now hopefully I can finish them before the package arrive.
