Volks Order – July (CLOSED)

I have placed the order (because I won’t be home tomorrow morning).  Will let everyone know the split USA shipping.

Medusa

She is originally Areith.  After trying a few times to paint a gentle-looking Areith, I realize this headmold is not for her.    So, she became Medusa.    I made a simple outfit for her because can’t find a suitable Barbie outfit.  She probably is a fantasy/mythical type of girl.       Wicked, Jealous,  bossy etc etc…

Want the big softbust 2-part body!!! T__T But I have … *count* FOUR  original big softbust bodies in the box right now, waiting to be made into dolls T___T

So… guess I would have to wait a while to order the new bodies…… *sigh*

Just trying a new head ….  It is the slim male head from Obitsu.  Very muscular head so I think Neo-Goh Body suits him slightly better than Obitsu slim male body.   I used one Neo-Goh head as a girl, so have an extra body for him.  *lucky head doesn’t have to be sold without body*  :T

Most photos came out not very good    . … cause it had been cloudy/rainy when I was shooting his photos…..

He probably is a wild guy, so his hair is also on the wild side.    Black and gold is a very attrative combination.   <3 <3 <3   Also has a new way to put earings, but a little hard to take it out ( it would be very easy if you have a nose piler).

I took the sewing machine out two days ago… hoping to sew some outfits for the next next Obitus girl…………….

Got some burgundy fabric from JoAnn……

then tried it on the Obitsu big softbust body….

and IT STAINED THE BODY BADLY!!!   tried Mr.Clean sponge — can’t take all off. Even if I took all off, don’t want to sell the previously-stained body on ebay ….well….I guess I have one more body for some of my old doll heads. I don’t understand… the fabric is cotton. Guess I will be using only light color fabric in the future. ;___;

By the way, The Volks order arrived safely yesterday. Griffin2306, I just mailed your items today.

and… yea~~ I don’t like the constantly changing ebay layout….

and I have been waiting for the larger bust 2 part body since the  release of 2 part body ……

Just realized that Volks LA store will close for Tomrrow and Sunday, so I send out the order early, hopefully they can send it out to UPS sooner.

Griffin2306: Beauty B ($18)+Head ($17)+$2.78 (Volks ship) + $4.5 (AU ship estimate)= $42 (rounded)

Me:….. I got 2 more GO-03 head, because I want to try painting girls from this headmold and put on my BBI body. That would be fun …. Also have a C head, and a Neo-EB female to try *Whoot-Hoot* … lots of new stuff ..

Aerith …. and Sephiroth

I am convinced that Obitsu 05 head is not for Aerith. Just doesn’t look good with hair tied to the back and hard to paint a gentle face. So… will be getting another Obitsu 01 head later for Aerith. Meanwhile, will be making this head into another girl with redbrown crimped hair.

About Sephiroth …

Yama just listed a very nicely done Sephiroth on ebay.  So… I would either change mine, or delay listing him for at least a month.  Ebay doesn’t need two Sephiroth at the same time.  Besides, mine doesn’t have outfits …  so Yama’s one is better.
