Introducing Wolf, a guy skin dark brown hair Neo-Go 03 head with gold highlights.  I actually made his hair a little crimped but after the shaggy cut….. doesn’t show ….  😦    Anyway…. here he is:

and ……  ;^__^;  ….. I re-repainted my brown hair momoko …… again…….  ……   🙄

Gave her back her momoko eyes, only looking straight, and smoky eyeshadow.

I start to think a lot of eyelashes really not quite suit Momoko.  She probably looks the best with simple eye-prints and natural or light-color lips (red lips momokos looks really …… weired to me……) .  I like her in smoky eyeshadows.  My favorite Momokos are : Pure Violet; Mama-Told-Me; Summer Yukata; and Cool Asian Flower.     If I have a chance for a nude Asian flower Momoko, I would not —  WOULD NOT — repaint her — really.  yes.  not.  *very determined look*

The package finally arrive today! (it was scheduled last Friday 😦 )

A few observations before deboxing:

The box is in a bad shape even though there is a FRAGILE sticker on it. I would be VERY WORRIED if I ordered a Super Dollfie or similar breakable and expensive dollies….. Luckily, I order plastic 1/6 dolls…..
I didn’t remember signing anything even though there is a “signature required for delivery” sticker on the box.

I am at home, looking out the window when the UPS truck arrived, and nobody rings the doll-bell even once. Basically, the brown uniform staff just put the box on the front porch and left. 😦
*sigh*

Volks, I like you a lot for your quality products, ….. but WHY ON EARTH DID YOU CHOOSE UPS ???????!!!!???????!!!?????????????! 😡
Anyway.. Back to some happy things….

here’s some photos of the Volks replacement feet/hand for Neo-Go:

The hand is more defined and bigger than the default hand.  The skin tone also matches the arm’s better than the default.  The feet is definitely nicer and bigger and looks like a normal male feet (rather than a banana). Nice .

Now to replace the feet, first remove the original feet from the joint (need a lot of force):

Or… dig out the two joints from the bags of hands/screwy things :

Then…. use a lot of TIME and EFFORT and TIME and EFFORT and TIME and EFFORT and PUSH PUSH PUSH PUSH and WIGGLE and WIGGLE and WIGGLE and PUSH and PUSH and PUSH the joint into the new feet and put the whole thing back to the leg:

It’s quite hard to just remove the feet from the original joint without taking the whole thing out. I used the new joints here.

The hands:  seems like you can just remove the hands and put the new hands using the default joints (may be a little loose).   But I think the new hands are too big (just me) so I didn’t change them.

The feet looks definitely very nice. But I hate the process of changing it. ….. … 😦 (fingers not working probably for a while)

just some updates

Little Red and Little Blue grow up!! They are now school girls. Their 23cm bodies will be for other heads.

I have been re-arranging/re-dressing/re-organizing my collections and here’s the Volks 03 and 05 eyehole heads now. *tired of changing bodies, eyes, wigs, outfits…… *

Little Miko got a new outfit! She looks very cute in it although it’s a bit big. 🙂

Natasha’s getting SEXY!! She is showing off her althetic body and her tan skin tone.

That’s what I have been doing for the past few days. 🙂

I just fixed the broken feet!!! LOL

When I got the Neo-Go bodies, there are a bag of hands, joints, screwy things…. and I totally forgot about that!! Then realizing that Volks only have the optional feet and hands, and not the joints for sale, I remembered and digged those things out, and “discovered” the Joint parts for the feet!!! So … now both of my male dolls’ feet (Rock and Storm) are fixed and they are wearing shoes ……

I am …. not very smart….. 😳

guess I could have fixed their feet a long time ago………

Anyway….. I am glad they are fixed and I still would get one or two sets of those really nice optional feet/hands.
